Cllr Nick Chapman is one of the two County Councillors for the Glenfield and Kirby Muxloe division which includes Ellis, Fairstone, Ward, Muxloe, Forest, Leicester Forest West and Thurlaston.

Nick was one of the founders of the Glenfield Community Food Hub back in March 2020 with another local businessman from the village. An electrician by day, he also serves the community of Glenfield as a Parish Councillor.

As Lead Member of the Glenfield Community Food Hub, he "takes great pride in the staff and volunteers' dedication, service and deep care for clients".
