The Mid Leicestershire Conservative Association needs individuals from all backgrounds and experiences to ensure that our councils reflect their communities.

We are currently in the process of selecting candidates for future elections.

Could you fit the bill?

A Guide to becoming a Councillor will answer any questions you may have

Our constituency area consists of the following divisions:

  • Markfield, Desford and Thornton
  • Bradgate
  • Rothley and Mountsorrel
  • Groby and Ratby
  • Birstall
  • Glenfields, Kirby Muxloe and Leicester Forest - 2 seat division
  • Braunstone. 

The first step in this process is completing the application form.

If you are new to the Party do take time now to ask questions about the role, your experience and what you could bring to the council chamber.
