Cllr Deborah Taylor is your County Councillor for the Bradgate Division which includes the villages of Anstey, Newtown Linford, Swithland, Thurcaston, Cropston, Ulverscroft, Woodhouse & Woodhouse Eaves.

Cllr Deborah Taylor is one of the two Borough Councillors for Anstey Ward.

Her roles include:

  • Deputy Leader (Currently Acting Leader) Leicestershire County Council
  • Chair of Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland Police and Crime Panel, 
  • Lead Member for Children and Families Regulatory Services and Community Safety for Leicestershire County Council
  • Trustee of Bradgate Park

Deborah is keen to continue her hard work and by working closely with her fellow Anstey Borough Councillor, Cllr Paul Baines and Cllr David Snartt, who represents the other villages within her Bradgate division, she continues to work hard, supporting residents and campaigning on issues important to all in the community she represents.

Deborah loves spending time with the family and walking her two Saluki/Greyhound rescue dogs, Duke and Bliss.
